Delete your account

You can delete your LandlordMate account yourself at any time. Deleting is permanent.

What is deleted

• Your profile, email address and password hash.
• All properties, units, tenants, tenancies, rent charges and payments.
• All expenses, repair requests, inspections and compliance records.
• All files and photos you uploaded.
• All sign-in sessions and mobile app tokens.

This happens immediately when you confirm. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Short security logs that contain no record content may be kept for up to 90 days. We cannot restore an account after it is deleted, so download your reports first if you need them.

In the website

1. Sign in at landlord.iraady.com/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the box Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE.
4. Press Delete my account and all data.

In the iPhone or Android app

1. Open the app and go to More, then Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Cannot sign in?

First try resetting your password. If that does not work, email hello@iraady.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by reply once it is done.

If you are a tenant

Tenants do not have accounts. Information about you was entered by your landlord. Ask your landlord to remove it, or email us and we will pass your request on.
