Privacy notice

Last updated 6 November 2026

LandlordMate is run by Iraady Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda ("we"). You can reach us at hello@iraady.com about anything on this page.

Who is responsible for what

For your own account details (name, email, sign-in records) we decide how the data is used, so we are the controller. For the information you enter about your properties and tenants, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to run the service for you. If you are a tenant and want to see or correct information held about you, ask your landlord first. You can also email us and we will pass your request on.

What we collect

We do not use advertising, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data. We do not collect precise location.

Why we use it

Cookies

The website sets one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the service to work, so no consent banner is shown. The mobile app stores a sign-in token in the device's secure storage.

Who handles the data

Because we are in Rwanda and our hosting is in the United States, your data is transferred internationally. We limit access to the people who need it to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your records while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, properties, tenants, files and every record you added are deleted from our database and file storage straight away. Server backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Short security logs without your content may be kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

Children

LandlordMate is for adults who manage rental property. It is not aimed at children.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will tell signed-in users in the app or by email before it takes effect.
