Terms of use

These terms are between you and Iraady Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda ("we") for the LandlordMate website and mobile apps ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

LandlordMate helps landlords keep records, track rent, and remember certificate and compliance dates. It is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. The rules shown in the app are a checklist with links to official sources. Laws differ by country, region and type of property, and they change. You are responsible for checking what applies to you with the official source or a qualified adviser, and for meeting your legal duties as a landlord.

Your account

• You must be an adult and give accurate details. Keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must have the right to store the information you enter about tenants and others, and to share a repair link with a tenant.

Trial, plans and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your records, but you cannot add or change them. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Until online payment is available, plans are arranged by email with hello@iraady.com. You can cancel at any time by email. The mobile apps do not sell plans or take payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to try to access another person's account.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them and you can delete your account at any time, which deletes your data (see the privacy notice). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Please keep your own copies of important certificates. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from a missed deadline, an incorrect date you entered, a reminder that was not delivered, or reliance on the rules shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
